MySecretCrush biedt exclusieve bannerplaatsing op het radarscherm van de MySecretCrush mobiele app. Er is maximaal één actieve adverteerder tegelijkertijd per slot.

MySecretCrush offers exclusive banner placement on the radar screen of the MySecretCrush mobile app. There is a maximum of one active advertiser per slot at any time.

2. Vertoningengarantie

2. Impressions Guarantee

MySecretCrush garandeert het in het gekozen pakket vermelde minimum aantal vertoningen per kalendermaand. Vertoningen worden server-side geteld en maandelijks gerapporteerd.

MySecretCrush guarantees the minimum impressions stated in the chosen package per calendar month. Impressions are counted server-side and reported monthly.

3. Activering campagne

3. Campaign Activation

De campagne gaat live binnen 3 werkdagen na ontvangst van betaling. Na indiening van het formulier nemen wij binnen 3 werkdagen contact op.

The campaign goes live within 3 business days of payment receipt. After form submission, we will get back to you within 3 business days.

4. Facturering & betaling

4. Billing & Payment

Facturering is maandelijks. De factuur wordt per e-mail verstuurd via Stripe. Ondersteunde betaalmethoden: iDEAL, creditcard, SEPA-bankoverschrijving. Betaaltermijn: 14 dagen na factuurdatum.

Billing is monthly. The invoice is sent by email via Stripe. Supported payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, SEPA bank transfer. Payment term: 14 days from invoice date.

Beide partijen kunnen de overeenkomst opzeggen met een schriftelijke opzegtermijn van 30 dagen. Er vindt geen restitutie plaats voor de lopende facturatieperiode.

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period.

6. Contentbeleid

Niet toegestaan: erotische of seksuele content, gokken, cryptovaluta, concurrerende datingapps, discriminerende inhoud of juridisch twijfelachtige producten of diensten. MySecretCrush behoudt zich het recht voor advertentiemateriaal te weigeren of te verwijderen zonder restitutie, indien het beleid wordt overtreden.

Not permitted: adult/sexual content, gambling, cryptocurrency, competing dating apps, discriminatory content, or legally questionable products or services. MySecretCrush reserves the right to reject or remove creative content without refund if this policy is violated.

7. Vereisten advertentiemateriaal

8. Prestatierapportage

8. Performance Reporting

Maandelijkse statistieken (vertoningen + klikken) worden per e-mail verstuurd binnen 5 werkdagen na het einde van elke kalendermaand.

Monthly stats (impressions + clicks) are emailed within 5 business days of month-end.

9. Aansprakelijkheid

9. Liability

MySecretCrush is niet aansprakelijk voor de conversieresultaten van de adverteerder. Vertoningen zijn gegarandeerd; klikken en conversies zijn afhankelijk van gebruikersgedrag.

MySecretCrush is not liable for advertiser conversion results. Impressions are guaranteed; clicks and conversions depend on user behaviour.

10. Toepasselijk recht

Nederlands recht is van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter te Amsterdam.

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

Klik- en vertoningsdata worden geaggregeerd gerapporteerd. Persoonlijke gebruikersdata wordt nooit gedeeld met adverteerders.

Click and impression data is reported in aggregated form. No personal user data is shared with advertisers.
